Here are links to various SSQG documents. These documents will be updated from time-to-time. The most recent versions are available here. Contact an SSQG Officer if you need a copy of a previous version of one of the documents.
SSQG Bylaws
The Bylaws is the legal document describing the Spinning Spools Quilt Guild. It describes the purpose of the organization, tax status, how the organization is governed, and other items.
Policy and Procedures Document
The Policy and Procedures Document describes how the SSQG operates, in much more details than is in the Bylaws. It describes the duties of the officers, board members, and committee chairs. The document will be updated as needed. The most recent version is always available here.
Members Handbook
The Members Handbook provides general information about membership in the Spinning Spools Quilt Guild. It is provided to new members upon joining and is available to all members at any time.
Quilt Camp Tips
Quilt Camp Tips is an informal document that provides tips and ideas to make the most of your Quilt Camp. It tells you what to expect while you're there and how to prepare.
