The Quilt Show Registration Form is now available. Click here to download the PDF form, which includes the list of quilt categories. The form is "fillable" and can be filled out electronically and emailed, or it can be printed out and filled out by hand.
SSQG members can enter quilts for no charge. Non-SSQG members can enter a quilt for $10 for show only or $20 to be judged.

Vendors and Sponsors
The Vendor Application Form is now available. Click here to download the PDF form. The form is "fillable" and can be filled out electronically and emailed, or it can be printed out and filled out by hand.
Vendor booths will be $110 for a 10'x10' booth, discounted to $100 if paid before March 1, 2025.
Sponsor Level vendor booths will be $500, plus providing a prize (or prizes) for the raffle or door prizes. Sponsors receive 3 booth spaces and appear on our promotional materials.
Admission Fees
Admission will be $10 for adults and $4 for students.
Raffle Quilt
The raffle quilt will be a queen-size quilt, made up of 42 9-inch blocks with sashings and one additional border. Kits for the blocks will be passed out at the August 2024 guild meeting, with completed blocks to be returned at the September 2024 meeting. Our goal is to have the quilt quilted before the end of this year. We will be using the quilt in our show promotional materials and want to have it photographed in January 2025.

Raffle tickets will be printed and sold for the standard $1 each or 6 for $5.
